Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. 
Your satisfaction is our concern, please have the following information ready when you contact our Customer Service
1. Your order number
2. Product name and Lifecode Boutique Part Number of the item you wish to return.
3. Reason for requesting a return (Defective Item Exchange, Size Exchange, Unwanted or Unopened Item Return, Defective Item Repair)

If you're dissatisfied with a purchase from Lifecode Boutique, you can send it back to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in the same original condition when you received it. Seals and wraps must remain unopened, and also must be in the original packaging. 
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 12 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our Customer Service
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item with different colour or size, you need to cover the return shipping and the second shipping fee. For more details, please contact our Customer Service

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
General for all products
  1. Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
  2. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  3. Lifecode Boutique reserves the right to determine reshipping method regardless of the shipping method used in the original order.
  4. Lifecode Boutique is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via Registered Air Mail to ensure that it reaches us.
  5. Lifecode Boutiquereserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, Lifecode Boutique's decision will be final.
