Free Shipping

Free Shipping is offered to Metro-Vancouver customers with purchases over CAD $48 and all others across Canada and the US with purchases over CAD $78, with coverage of 5kgs/ 11lbs;  while CAD $20 will be added for heavy shipping when the order is more than 5kgs/ 11lbs. Free shipping through courier service would be expedited/economic/standard and not to a P.O. Box.  If you would like your order to be shipped in express or any other inquiries that are not covered in free shipping, extra charges would occur on your payment but could be an option upon your request.  Please email our customer service if you need extra shipping services added into your order.  E-mail: info@lifecodeboutique.com

We charge a flat shipping rate to anywhere in Canada and the US. Flat shipping rate for Standard delivery is CAD $15.00 to anywhere in Canada and the US.

Extra CAD $5.00 shipping fee

For large items/shampoo/conditioners/oversized items, extra CAD $5.00 will be charged for these purchases even if you meet the requirement of free shipping (CAD $78)

Shipping Time

Most orders will be ship the next BUSINESS DAY with available stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Weekend and Statutory Holidays. Estimated delivery time will be 7-30 BUSINESS DAYS.

*We are not liable for shipped out products that are returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts. If the order returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the postage of the second shipping.

When using Standard Shipping, delivery time and availability of tracking is dependent on the shipping country or region.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

In-Store Pick-Up

In-Store Pick-Up is also available to those who live in Greater Vancouver area and want to pick up their orders in our office. Our location is on 128-1999 Savage Road, Richmond BC. To arrange an in-store pick-up, please contact us.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can track your order and deliveries from Your Orders on www.lifecodeboutique.com. Once your order has shipped, you can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive once it ships?

  • As COVID-19 has spread, we have seen an increase in people shopping online. In some cases, due to high demand, delivery times may be longer than usual. Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Also, WE DO NOT SHIP ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
  • Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, cannot control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address being provided with your order. Shipping delays will occur if you provide an incorrect address at checkout.
  • Lifecode Boutique reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, Lifecode Boutique's decision will be final.

What if my package is lost?

  • In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; we are only responsible for your order until it is picked up by the Post Office/Carrier. After that, it is out of our control and WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT!
  • WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS! ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL! Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Also, PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR PACKAGE'S TRACKING PROGRESS.

My tracking says my order was delivered, but I haven’t gotten it yet. Where is it?

Some carriers will mark a package as delivered before they deliver it. Though unusual, this can happen up to 5 days before an item is delivered. You can try contacting the carrier to get a better insight into the delay. If you still haven’t received your package after 5 days, and you’ve checked with your neighbors and still don’t have it, please reach out to us at the email listed above and we’ll do our best to help!

Do we delivery to a P.O. box?

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please give us your real delivery address.
